Getting started with Cruuz
Your business’s expertise is the starting point. Cruuz helps you turn it into relevant accounts and outreach you can review.
1. Start with your business brief
Request access and verify your email. Once approved, create your business brief using your website. Add relevant case studies or pitch decks when prompted. Review the generated brief so your positioning, capabilities, and ideal customers reflect how you actually sell.
Use AI targeting to refine the criteria behind account discovery. Only upload material you have permission to use.
2. Review your opportunities
Overview brings together priority accounts, buying signals, and contacts. Open an account to inspect its company information, match explanation, signals, and decision makers. Use Accounts to browse your opportunities.
A match score is a prioritization aid, not a guarantee of interest. Check the source and timing of each signal before you rely on it. Read the expanded insight to understand why an account may fit.
3. Prepare a relevant introduction
Review the contact details and enrich information when needed. Use the outreach workflow to prepare a draft grounded in the account’s context and your business’s offer.
Check names, facts, tone, and claims before approving a draft or sending any message. A verified email address does not establish consent to receive marketing. Respect objections and applicable outreach rules.
4. Keep track of usage
Your credit balance appears in the workspace header. Research, enrichment, and drafting can consume credits; check the cost shown for the action. Review the current plans on the pricing page and the details shown at checkout.
Workspace owners and administrators can manage billing in Settings. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate requests.
